Once confirmed a new Business Class ticket will be emailed to you.
Don't have enough Avios to upgrade?
Not a problem. You can buy Avios here or use the Combine My Avios option found in `My Account' on Avios.com.
All upgrades using Avios are subject to availability. It is not possible to upgrade reward flights already booked using Avios. Avios are only awarded on the original economy booking. There is a minimum of 72 hours' notice required for an upgrade request. Only the AerClub member or authorised person who manages the account on the member's behalf can request an upgrade. Please ask the account holder to complete the online third party authorisation form. Once upgrades are granted, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.you can reset it here.
