Here's all you need to know about getting access to and enjoying our lounges.

Lounge access is available to following customers:

Access to:

  • Aer Lingus Revival Lounge on arrival and 51st&Green lounge in US Pre-clearance at Dublin Airport.

Access with:

  • Present your boarding card on arrival to lounge.
Aer Lingus Business Class customers can access the American Airlines Flagship Lounge and/or Admirals Club lounge at all US locations for departing, connecting, and arriving Aer Lingus operated flights.

Access to:

  • Aer Lingus lounges in Ireland and London Heathrow.
  • European airports, where available.

Access with:

  • Present your lounge access email

Silver Members

Access to:

  • Aer Lingus lounges in Ireland, London Heathrow and New York (JFK).
  • Lounges on directs routes to/from USA (excluding San Francisco & Chicago).
  • European airports (where available).

Access with:

  • A valid digital AerClub membership card and your boarding card.

Concierge and Platinum Members

Access to:

  • All Aer Lingus lounges.
  • Associated lounges when travelling on Aer Lingus ticketed and operated flights.
  • British Airways Lounge in London Heathrow when you have an Aer Lingus and British Airways flight on the same ticket/booking.
  • Can invite one companion travelling with them.

Access with:

  • A valid digital AerClub membership card and your boarding card.

Access to:

  • Aer Lingus lounges in Dublin, London Heathrow, and New York JFK, plus affiliated lounges at other airport locations, excluding the lounges at Chicago and San Francisco.
  • Can invite one companion travelling with them.

Access with:

  • Your Bank of Ireland Mastercard Gold Business Card and Aer Lingus boarding card.

Access to:

  • Aer Lingus lounges in Dublin, London Heathrow, and New York JFK, plus affiliated lounges at other airport locations, excluding the lounge at San Francisco.
  • Dublin and New York JFK are not currently available to pre-paid customers.

Access with:

  • The purchased lounge pass that was sent to you by email along with your boarding card.

The Aer Lingus lounges are located in Dublin (Terminal 2), London Heathrow (Terminal 2) and New York JFK (Terminal 7). See below to learn more about all the great perks you can enjoy at each one.

Aer Lingus Business Class customers travelling on an American Airlines operated flight (either arriving, departing or connecting) also have access to the American Airlines Flagship/Admirals Club Lounges.

Aer Lingus Chicago O'Hare lounge access
Since 24 January 2024 Aer Lingus flights to and from Chicago O'Hare (ORD) airport depart and arrive Terminal 3. Lounge facilities will be available from the The Flagship Lounge Terminal 3, Concourse H/K. More details.

Please note that Pre-paid Lounge Passes are currently only available to purchase for the Aer Lingus Lounge at London Heathrow airport.
