Baby changing facilities are available on all of our aircraft. Just ask a member of cabin crew, and they’ll point you in the right direction.
Our cabin crew are more than happy to heat bottles and baby food for your infants or small children. Nobody likes a cold meal, so just ask us and we’ll help you out.
Infant seat belts are available on board for babies under the age of two. Just let us know if you need one.
Bassinet seats are offered for transatlantic flights, however they are subject to availability and require pre-booking. You could also consider opting for increased comfort by purchasing a dedicated seat for your infant at a child rate. Basinet seats are unfortunately not available for infants with confirmed seating. If you’re flying across the Atlantic, your little people get to enjoy being captains of their own remote controls with our in-flight entertainment system.
